Key inclusion criteria*

  • Participants must have histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced or metastatic BTC and an ECOG PS of 0 or 1. Participants must have failed or be intolerant to first-line platinum-based therapy; only one prior line of treatment is allowed

Key exclusion criteria*

  • Participants must not have ampullary cancer, a history of or concurrent interstitial lung disease, or have received prior immunotherapy or therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors
